Hands On Project Management
Run It -Hands On Project Management

Most projects don’t need more ideas.
They need someone to step in, take the lead, and keep the work moving.
Run It is for when the project matters, the pressure is on, and you need experienced support to help carry it through.
Based in Cromwell and working across Central Otago, Queenstown Lakes and New Zealand, I support businesses, organisations and community groups to bring structure, momentum and follow-through to important work.
Let’s run it with confidence
What is Run It?
Run It is hands-on delivery support.
You bring the project. I step in to help lead it, coordinate the moving parts, keep things on track and make sure the right people are talking to each other at the right time.
This is for organisations that need more than advice and more than a plan.
They need someone to help drive the work forward.
With Run It, I help you:
-
Keep the project moving from start to finish.
-
Coordinate the people involved.
-
Keep deadlines, actions and responsibilities clear.
-
Maintain momentum and follow-through.
-
Spot issues and roadblocks early.
-
Support communication and decision-making.
-
Keep people aligned around the work.
-
Bring structure to complex or fast-moving projects.
This is not project management in theory.
It is practical support for real work that needs to get done.

Run It could be a good fit if:
-
You have a project that needs someone to lead it.
-
Your team is already stretched.
-
There are multiple people, contractors or stakeholders involved.
-
The project is underway but starting to drift.
-
You need one clear point of coordination.
-
You want better communication and follow-through.
-
The work is important, and you can’t afford confusion or missed steps.
-
You want confidence that someone is keeping the whole thing moving.
If any of these sound familiar, Run It can give you the support needed to get the work moving with confidence.
Is this right for you?

Who you'll be working with

With more than 20 years of experience leading projects and programmes across government, infrastructure, regional development and community sectors, Pip has built a reputation for bringing people together, navigating complexity and helping projects gain momentum.
She has worked with organisations ranging from local groups through to large national programmes and understands how to balance delivery, relationships, governance and decision-making.
Most importantly, she knows how to step into complex work, bring calm to the noise, and help turn good intentions into real progress.
Run It is led by Pip Rudhall Hyett.

Other support options
You will finish your Run It support with a completed project. But we understand that business challenges are ongoing.
Here are the other ways we work with businesses to help you get started, plan the path or upskill your team.
Clarity Consult
After a Plan It session, if you are shaping a new idea, working through a decision, or trying to get clear on what comes next, a Clarity Consult can help you work it out.
Plan It
If the project needs more structure before it gets underway, Plan It turns ideas into a practical roadmap with clear steps, timing, responsibilities and risks. You leave ready to start moving.
Team Training & Mentoring
Practical team training designed to build confidence, capability, and momentum. These hands-on sessions focus on simple planning and project management tools, tips, tricks, and frameworks that can be used immediately.
Available as one-off workshops or a four-week series, with optional mentoring and regular check-ins to support ongoing progress and real-world application.

Built for Central Otago businesses, organisations and communities
Projects in Central Otago often rely on strong relationships, practical communication and people who can work well across different interests, expectations and constraints.
Successful delivery often comes down to having someone who can keep things moving while bringing people with them.
Based in Cromwell, I understand the realities of working across Central Otago and Queenstown Lakes. I bring practical, down-to-earth support that fits the scale and nature of regional work.
No unnecessary complexity.
No corporate jargon.
Just clear support to help get important work done.
Not sure which option is right for you?
That is completely normal.
Some projects need a thinking partner. Some need a plan.
Some need someone to step in and run the work.
The best place to start is a conversation.
Let’s talk about what you are working on, what support you need, and whether Run It is the right fit.

Professional Accreditation
While most clients choose to work with me based on my experience, practical insight, and people-first approach, I also hold globally recognised project management qualifications — including PRINCE2® and CAPM® (Certified Associate in Project Management).
These credentials offer added assurance that my work is backed by both experience and best-practice frameworks — especially valuable for clients with formal project requirements.

OUR UNIQUE APPROACH
Pip is often brought in not just for her delivery expertise, but because she makes the whole thing feel easier. Her ability to join dots, connect workstreams, and keep multiple cities, teams and time zones moving in the same direction is a trademark of her approach.
When things are complex, cross-functional, or a bit messy — that’s where Pip does her best work.
